Details of the issue:
when i play infity in the server i dont have lag or fps or server disconect but after 10 min or 1 h infity stop workgin and not respoting next inity closed and open launcher i think crashed i have 4 gb ram dual core 2.7 ghz gts 450 pc i play dw20 1.7.10 and never crushed it :) pls help me​
 
Remove optifine and try again.

Post new log if it still fails.
