(INFINITY) Wither Skeleton Mob Souls and the DE Mob Grinder

Long story short, can you obtain mob souls from mobs that are killed by a Draconic Evolution Mob Grinder? I'm happy with the skull drops I'm getting at the moment, I just want to know whether I need to manually kill them to get soul drops or not.

You don't get mob souls from a grinder, but you get them from ExU spikes with reaper on them.

Someone on the server I play on told me you could get them from a DE Mob Grinder - guess they were wrong.

What do I need to do to get the Reaper enchantment?

Enchanting books/swords or using the Thaumic Tinkerer Osmotic Enchanter if you got in thaumcraft
