Problem Infinity Evolved Won't Start

I am currently attempting to transfer my server to another host. While I thought it was complete and find we're getting this error.

This is only odd because we have no removed anything nor changed anything since transferring the files form one FTP to another.

I know if I would've removed "said" mods that it would be a easy fix. But since I did nothing at all, I'm stumped.​
