Details of the issue:
The problem started when I gave myself the parts needed to craft thaumium crossbow (using the /give command) because the smeltery wouldn´t let me. First the crashes were occasional but now it won't even let me join the server. Thank you.​
 
Use mcedit and remove them from your inventory. Oh and if you were using thaumium to make it then you dont put them in the smeltery.
 
I couldn´t craft them in the tool station neither. I already removed every item. I think the problem is caused because I leveled up the thaumium crossbow.
