Infinity Evolved Server Keeps Crashing

I downloaded the server and what not from FTB Launcher App, and whenever I try to run the server either from the "start.bat" or just from the "forge-1.7.10-10.13.4.1614-1.7.10-universal.jar" it crashes. I also downloaded a forge server from the forge website and it ran perfectly without any mods, so I tried to copy over the mods, modpacks, and config folders to that server it crashed and gave the same crash report. Only difference between the two servers is FTB installed the 1614 forge installer I downloaded the 1558 installer. Here is the crash report. https://pastebin.com/mcuhxcUf

That didn't work it gave the same crash report. I used the start.bat and said yes to accepting the eula. But it doesn't run the server afterwards, is it suppose to? I also tried launching the client version of Infinity Evolved and that crashed as well.
