Problem Infinity Evolved server issue

I keep getting this error.

I have tried:
  • Updating to the latest 64bit Java (Version 8 update 77)
  • Increasing perm size to 512m
  • Increasing -xmx to 4G
  • Deleting and reinstalling

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

You ran out of RAM for the server to use, how much did you allocate to begin with? How much does your physical machine have? Make sure you're using -Xmx4G or even better -Xmx4096m. My Infinite evolved server has 20 plugins and idles at 2GB of ram usage.
