Infinity Evolved from FTB launcher crashes

Hello,
When I try to launch the Infinity Evolved modpack from the FTB launcher, it closes back to the launcher a few seconds later with no reason. Here
s the crash log, any help is greatly appreciated.​

Is it working now?

I had the same problem, seemed to be something with connecting to the curse servers... but it seems to work now.

(Prolly the guy at Curse who tripped over the wire replugged the cable ;-P )

Why the frak is a connection to curse needed when I already have a modpack downloaded and running? Also, why is the launcher such a piece of crap that it hard fails with a connection to a site that is absolutely not needed in any way when launching an already downloaded modpack...
