Details of the issue:

It gets to the final stage of loading and crashes at the "stitching" part of the load. I've tried removing mods, re-installing the game, deleting files and re-applying them.​

clockwork, you sorta alluded to this but I want to be sure: did you delete the entire FTBInfinity folder prior to re-running (and re-downloading) the pack?

Which version of Java are you using?
