Bug [Infinity Evolved 3.1.0] Would appreciate some debugging performance issues with a thermos server!Pr

Hey guys, Currently trying to figure out an increased spike in lag induced on the server in the last week or so. Server is running on thermos 16gb ram, thermos 1.7.10, i7-7700K. We roughly have 5-10 players. Any suggestions on causes or tips/advice are appreciated especially around blocks or settings that will cause lag.
