Infinity crashing randomly while playing

Details of the issue:
The crash commonly affects me shortly after joining the server, but has happened randomly during play. The game and the FTB console close when the crash happens. Linked at the end of this post is the Minecraft Log and Error Report, as the FTB launcher log doesn't seem to reveal much. On the server side, it reports a standard disconnect. I have tried fresh installs of 2.02 and 1.11.2. I have also had all my player data files deleted on the server to see if that would fix it.
