I downloaded the Infamy mod pack, in the description it mentioned tanks, yet when I went through the items I found nothing even related to tank. This is very weird. Has anyone seen tanks in the mod pack?

Yes, i mean tanks that you buy from the russian surplus. But how do i build them? or are they even there?
i believe you need to look for vehicle box or something similar, which will serve as crafting table for tank.
