Details of the issue:

I was playing yesterday and made two Solar panels no problem, but i loged in today, the client patched and now the Solar panel 194:3 for industrialCraft 2 is no longer working i am unable to build it.​

Hmm the older versions of things are very buggy, not saying some of the new stuff is not like on 1.7.10. But the newer things do work a lot better and tend to run smoother

I am very new to the modding thing and i thought i had the newest version of infinity. i just downloaded the launcher and clicked on the infinity modpack because that looked interesting. i may be reading the versions from the wrong place but at the top of the launcher window it says 1.4.7 and the modpack says in the launcher window FTB infinity 1.7(v1.6.2) minecraft verion 1.7.10. when i load it up it says 1.6.2 on the title screen. SO I assumed im using the latest version. you will have to excuse me for being a total Newby

Omg i just realised iv been trying to use charcoal dust, not coal dust *facepalm* i feel so stupid now HAHAHA sorry for all the fuss.
