Industrial Centrifuge breaks world?

I was Playing the ultimate pack when i was worried that my industrial centrifuge would explode, so i took it outside my house and connected it to to a pump with a Stone Conductive pipe, then my world simply Crashed, when i tried coming back on it did it Again, what Happened?

You must be playing on a 1.4.7 pack right? This is a bug that has been fixed in 1.5.x packs. If you do not add the Pneumatic Upgrade prior to attaching the pipe you will get this error. You can fix it in only one way as of right now. MCEdit out the machine and/or the pipe then install the Pneumatic Upgrade then the pipe. There was a user fix for this, but the link to the file was removed. So it appears that MCEdit is the only fix, sorry. Be sure to back up your world just in case.

I should probably ask why you were connecting a liquid-collecting Pump and a Centrifuge with a Conductive Pipe, it shouldn't do anything, even if you have the Centrifuge upgraded to use mJ.
