Summary of the problem Incredible amount of block lag!

What is the bug? So I was playing Sky Factory then I noticed some block lag happening, I restarted my game and I still had block lag. It started around the time I updated. I noticed it when I was replacing the dirt with fertile soil using the rod of the shifting crust. I haven't seen this kind of block lag ever! I don't think it is my computer because my CPU is around 60% and my Memory is around 50%. Any help would be great seeing that I can't really play the game!
