Windows .exe Increasing Memory Allocation on FTB Launcher 1.3.1 (FTB Horizons)

Mkay.. so I thought originally that my problem with FTB Horizons was that it could not load... my problem is apparently low memory, after looking at the log... I've tried to allocate more memory, but FTB Launcher only allows me to allowcate a maximum of 1 GB of RAM to Minecraft. Is there any way to work around that? I'm using the 1.3.1 launcher, if that changes any methodology.

This is probaly because your java is 32 bit is you hava a 64 bit OS than delete your 32 bit java and instal a 64 bit java. Also make sure you do not have more than 1 type of java installed.

Lenscas is correct you need 64bit java. If you don't have a 64bit os then you can't use 64bit java. The FTB Lite 2 pack is designed for 32bit systems.
