In-Depth EnhancedPortals 3 Explaination?

If you follow it all it should work. But ill give it a try to explain it abit better:
First thing I would do is get a Dimensional Bridge Stabilizer (DSB). This is a 2 wide, 3 long 2 high multiblock structure. You activate the DSB by clicking on it with a wrench, Enhanced Portals has a wrench but the TE crescent hammer or the redstone arsenal omni wrench work aswell (most BC type wrenches should). You can add layers ontop of the DSB multiblock to increase the number of portals that can be active at anny given time. Additionally, you can make it 3 wide instead of 2 to gain a 50% greater energy storage inside the DSB.
Secondly you have to choose between 2 portal system. The network system and the dialing system. For easymode sake I will be going with a dialing system.
A dialing system works on the idea that each portal has a unique identifier, for example: Eye of ender, Nether Star, Diamond or Emerald. Entering that identifier in the dialing device will make a connection from the portal you are at, to the portal with that identifier.
So, make a portal consisting out of portal blocks, 1 portal controller and 1 dialing device. Then make a location card, put it inside the DSB (there is only 1 slot) and then right click it on the portal controller. Next you right click the portal controller with a wrench and set the identifier. For example Eye of ender. Do this for both portals (set the second one to Nether Star for example).
Then you power the DSB with RF. Click on the dialing device of one of the portals and enter the identifier of the other portal. Click dial and tada!
