Impossible to Play, then crash

I'm having a similar problem whilst running a server, the server is custom coded to boot with up to 2Gb of ram
I'm running ftb on 2Gb of ram also,
When I run the server it crashes after 2-3 minutes then the paste bin say it's due to chicken chunks,
I only started having the problem after they updated to 1.4.7
If you can help it will be much appreciated
My laptop specs are intel i7
8gb of ram
2gb of nvidia gtx 750
