implosion compressor automation

hello everyone i reciently had an idea, for a project on my server but im having problems figuring out if its possible to automate the implosion compressor, my main problem is removing the output i want, i cannot gate out the completed product, as all the functions remove the tnt, but not the desired item. if anyone has a way or knows that its not possible please let me know.

The gates aren't the problem, the pipe position is. Try pulling from different sides to find out which you're supposed to pull from. In case you're out of space for that, you could also use the Router as it allows you to set which side/slot it should pull from. In case all else fails, you can use a line of routers and have them pull from the different slots.
 
ok ill give it a shot with the routers i had tried all sides with the gates, except the bottom as you cant extract from the bottom[DOUBLEPOST=1361199325][/DOUBLEPOST]oh i love you thank you so much :D i got it to work now :D keep an eye out for my next big post about the project im going to be working on thanks to this :)

Router set to suck from the bottom, eh? Nice. Hm, it's weird that greg would make a machine non-automatable using usual means, I bet you can actually pull the items out of the bottom of the casings.

Or something...

Also, use the ejector upgrade for the router, make it eject into a relay :).
 
GT itself has a neat machine called, Advanced translocator that can solve this or maybe electric translocator is enough for this (GT version of emerald pipe), and if you have updated GT to the latest version... Inventory Manager is an even more powerful one..
 
If you have Applied Energestics installed, you can use me buses, using export buses to insert things like iridium alloy ingots in the top, and industrial TNT through the TNT sides. And use import buses to extract the product through the "implosion side", or the side that does not say TNT.
 
I'm sure he's found a solution in the 2+ years since this thread was last commented on. Please try to avoid necroposting, as it is frowned upon.
