I'm stuck in creative mode?

I was playing ftb on the mindcrack pack and i used the inventory option to go to creative mode since i have cheats off. I dont know what i pressed, but the inventory options and item log disappeared. Can someone tell me wtf happened? I don't wanna do the rest of my world in creative :/

Turn cheat mode back on, click the NEI creative button until you're back in survival mode. NEI seems to override gamemode 0/1 commands

How do I do that? My creative mode right now is essentially Vanilla MC's creative mode.

Pressing the "o" key will bring back the NEI options, if you accidentally pressed this to disable them.

Make sure the Global settings are not set to cheat mode (in the location instructed above)

Been there today (FTB 1.5.2 0.5). Change your GUI size.
