Like before i am getting 100 or so fps and after an hour it drops to like 6 or less fps and i've tried leaving it a bit to let everything load and i have everything on the lowest settings and i've even tried it on peaceful and that makes it at 10 fps so thats 4 more frames so thats a plus haha.

Without any needed information, my best guess is it is an issue with Inventory Tweaks, as you have a fair bit of:
Code:
[LIST=1]
[*][22:33:04] [Client thread/INFO] [inventorytweaks]: cpw.mods.ironchest.client.GUIChest
[*][22:33:04] [Client thread/INFO] [inventorytweaks]: cpw.mods.ironchest.ContainerIronChest
[*][22:33:24] [Client thread/INFO] [inventorytweaks]: tconstruct.tools.gui.CraftingStationGui
[*][22:33:24] [Client thread/INFO] [inventorytweaks]: tconstruct.tools.inventory.CraftingStationContainer
[*][22:33:25] [Server thread/WARN]: Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 2018ms behind, skipping 40 tick(s)
[*][22:33:48] [Server thread/WARN]: Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 9674ms behind, skipping 193 tick(s)
[*][22:34:07] [Server thread/WARN]: Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 8958ms behind, skipping 179 tick(s)
[/LIST]
And it seems to have done it for everything that has a GUI

But there is also an issue with IC2:
Code:
[LIST=1]
[*][22:31:20] [Client thread/WARN] [IC2.Item]: Detected invalid armor damage application:
[*]java.lang.Throwable
[/LIST]

So yeah, it's probably best to give us a more in-depth explanation of what you were doing before the FPS drop, if you put on some armour, opened a chest, etc. and then got the FPS drop... you know. SOMETHING that could give us a hint as to what happened, and when it happened.

What's your render distance? Are you generating new chunks? Could you also post a screenshot of your F3 screen while you are having bad fps?

Update to 1.5.1
Get Java 8_latest for 64bit and use the installer to remove the old versions
Allocate more than 2gig of Ram, 3 should be enough.
Install Optifine, only the latest works on 1.5.1

And I'll ask again(apologies if you're the wrong person) are you using the Thaumic Tinkerer armour?

Just started with the infinity pack and it slowly ground to a halt for me also. Googled a lot. I found that the only thing that works (other than all that is suggested above which you must do first. As well as have a moderately good rig) was turning everything off in Journey map. Then Voila!!! Problem almost totally solved (still very occasional lag spikes from java garbage dumping thingy I suppose?)

Check out following discussion

http://www.reddit.com/r/feedthebeas...ymap_causing_crazy_fps_drops_in_ftb_infinity/

ps why isn't the Journey map config changed or a note put on the ftb thingie or some such thing? (I amnot a technical person by the way)

What do you mean?

Re Journey map: The posts I read indicated that with cave view, mob radars, cave lighting and night lighting on, journey map could basically chew up so much ram that the game grinds to a halt (talking SSP here). As you move around the RAM just increases until it at 100% and then FPS seizes.

That is exactly what was happening when I played. As soon as I turned off everything in Journey map except daylight surface display, the game suddenly ran at 100+ FPS almost always. I must admit I havent been on any big explores since my initial base find and maybe upon exploring with all the new chunks loading the game will slow down again?
