I'm looking for a way to control the amount transported through fluidpipes

The reason:

I want this is to use separate tanks for my tinker's construct smelter.

When i want to mix fluids to create aluminum brass etc. i want to control how many brass is made without manually putting in the amount. with a link straight from the tanks to my smelter.\

I haven't found a way to do this yet.

The problem with buckets is that they give 1000 mb,
Nugget/ore values are:

16 mb per nugget 144 mb per ignot

so you would have to use 18 buckets to have no remains
