I'm Having a problem with the FTB launcher!Please help!

Hello,
My FTB launcher takes a long time to load and when it does it doesn't let me choose the modpack!

i'ts ok now somewhy it fixed itself over the night.

You were likely having a brief connection issue.
This can be caused by overburdened connections, either to the repos, or your ISP having too much going on, and a handful of other things.
