Im getting bad Fps on my gaming pc... WHY

Does your current user have read and write access permissions for the directory involved? This can sometimes be a problem if you transfer files from one computer to another.

Do you have more good Java arguments that can help with ftb lags aside from the previous posts?

I could use some because my ftb can't hold too long before it is starting too lag like crazy. Usually it is on 20 - 30 fps. But after around 2 hour ish playing it is starting to have massive lag. Like when i turned around it only gave me 1 - 5 fps. But if i stay still and doesn't move camera / player it is on 15 - 20

Currently i am not in my laptop so i can't give any specific details. But tomorrow i'll post some details and also some Java arguments i have.

So what do you need for my laptop specifications also tell me how to get the specifications you need? And do you need my console logs on multiMC too for all of this? Please help thanks.

No i don't since i had an SSD put into my laptop. And i don't know how to enable it. Could you maybe send me a link with instructions or something because i have no idea what to search for.
