Iguana Tweaks not working in Monster?

I wanted to add Iguana Tweaks with Monster and it crashed because of the electric upgrade. Here's the Crash Report:

It says for T Construct about gregtech and optifine I've ran it before with that so that's not why I crashed. Forestry says about Optifine also. Same thing ive ran it before with that so that's not it.

It just crashes because of the electric upgrade. So if anyone can help thanks.

Can you tell me what versions of tinkers and iguana you are using. Can't seem to get monster to open when I add them in.
