Request Id's in 1.7

My server map id's have changed and I am wondering were I can find all the item id's in a previous world file but I cannot seem to find where they are stored does anyone know were I can find these

Are you moving a modded map from >1.7?

no someone fml confirmed and it changed the item id's so now we have the wrong things in the wrong places
