ID Mismatches on private server (FTB Unleashed)

My friend and I are trying to run a private server and we keep running into ID mismatched errors between the world and game.

The Errors are
ID 343 is mismatched between world and game
ID 102 is mismatched between world and game
ID 342 is mismatched between world and game
ID 335 is mismatched between world and game
ID 79 is mismatched between world and game
ID 407 is mismatched between world and game
ID 328 is mismatched between world and game

I also figured out what item was tied to these ID's and they are
343 = Furnace Cart
102 = glass pane
342 = Chest Cart
355 = bed
79 - ice block

We guessing that it is just problems with the mods but it could also be that the server isn't set up correctly. If you know what the problem is please let us know.

Hi guys,

I have the same probleme and i think it's due to linux, because my server have no probleme when it running on windows and when i make on a Linux server it did this same error.

If any guys can have the solution i want you're help thanks.

ps: sorry for my english I'm french
