I think this is to potentially destructive to be placed into any modpack.
Maybe you best bet for ICBM isn't FTB, but Tecknic: http://www.technicpack.net/voltz

Hey guiz. I just spent weeks making a new power facility that I'm confident in saying is the most efficient set up possible in the modpack. I just hope no Anti-matter missiles are ironically fired in my general direction because I doubt I could ever remake this particular setup!
