is there are way to make the recycler work auto from a connected chest via build craft pipes? i tired it and the items go strait to the wrong slot of the recycler : /

Change the side the pipes connect to, from recollection pipes that feed recyclers need to be on top.

Open recycler, you see trash goes into top slot
Thus you connect the pipe to the top

thats how many piping system work xD
If you want some other side you can look at Gregtech translocators or such
