IC2 Experimental - How does the enrgy work now?

Sorry if im late, but how the EU works now is that before packets were little dwarves running side by side,with the new system two packets, or swarves, run into eachother and meld into larger dwarves[DOUBLEPOST=1388309540][/DOUBLEPOST]

How does it work now with overclockers? Do they suck alot more power like they used to in the old IC2? I used to run 2 transformer upgrades, like 10 internal storage upgrades and i think 13 overclockers. Hence why i used to have a huge array of mfsus.

Experimental is 1.6
1.5 is still classic IC2
Though some people said energy was derpy in 1.5, never used it much myself in 1.5
