Summary of the problem IC2 cable bug

What is the bug? i have a system of IC2 glass fiber cables connected to my machines, when i went into the nether and came back my cables where all disconnected from each other and when i broke them and placed them back it still wouldnt connect.

Is it repeatable? unsure, it seemed to only happen with the new update that just came out. this didnt happen before.
Known Fix i had to log out and back in for it to fix
