I am not sure what is causing this issue, but I put it here because I don't know if it's a modpack issue or not.

I am currently running FTB 1.1.4 (this issue didn't happen before I upgraded the server as far as I know), using the MCPC+ 1.5.2-R1.1-forge738-B643.

When I place a batbox/mfe/mfsu onto a power source (either direct connect or by attaching a cable), the unit will not begin taking a charge. I have repeated this using solar panels and generators to insure it wasn't the solar panel causing the issue. I have also tested it with different cables. In all different combinations, it is the batbox/mfe/mfsu that seems to be the issue.

A workaround is available, it seems just hitting the unit with a wrench to change it's direction (can immediately change it back to the originally place orientation) seems to get it working.

The console is getting spamed with the following (as an example), when I place an MFSU (on the ground, not even connected)

Code:
>2013-09-08 14:38:52 [WARNING] [IC2] EnergyNet.addTileEntity: ic2.core.block.wiring.TileEntityElectricMFSU@5d0f9631 is already added, aborting
2013-09-08 14:38:52 [WARNING] [IC2] EnergyNet.addTileEntity: ic2.core.block.wiring.TileEntityElectricMFSU@5d0f9631 is already added, aborting
2013-09-08 14:38:53 [WARNING] [IC2] EnergyNet.emitEnergyFrom: cpw.mods.compactsolars.TileEntityCompactSolar@372bdafa is not added to the enet, aborting
2013-09-08 14:38:56 [WARNING] [IC2] EnergyNet.addTileEntity: ic2.core.block.wiring.TileEntityElectricMFSU@26bd16ac is already added, aborting
2013-09-08 14:38:56 [WARNING] [IC2] EnergyNet.addTileEntity: ic2.core.block.wiring.TileEntityElectricMFSU@26bd16ac is already added, aborting

Nothing is showing in the server.log, only the console

Can anyone reproduce this issue? (preferably someone on MCPC and someone with just the standard ftb jar?)

Yep. Same issue here.
https://github.com/MinecraftPortCentral/MCPC-Plus-Legacy/issues/1499

The MCPC folk seem to think it's IC2, IC2 says it's compact solars.

I tried rolling back to 1.1.3 after a few days, and the map no longer works (on the test server copy). Crashes every time with an error about a squeezer. So we're running with save-off, which means chunk loaders don't work, player loaded chunks don't unload, but we get an awesome tps and very little energynet spam. We do save-on for 15 seconds every 5 minutes, then save-off, save-all. That takes care of all the extra loaded chunks.

Players are tired of chunkloaders not working though.

I've just been ignoring the console spam and telling players to hit stuff with wrenchs, seems to work well enough for now until something is worked out.

Anyone running ftb without MCPC+ having this issue? MCPC seems to be conflicting with quite a few things at the moment, might just switch back to the standard jar.
