Problem IC2 API Error causing High CPU Usage

What OS are you running: CentOS 6.4
Are you using minecraft hosting provider or a dedicated/local server not designed for minecraft: Dedicated
What version of FTB are you using: FTB Unleashed 1.1.3
Did you add any mods to the server pack: No
What are your server specs: 8GB RAM 2x2.4GHZ CPU, 100Mbit Connection, 1TB Harddrive
A good detailed paragraph about the problem:

Server was running very Good for some Weeks now. Mostly about 10-20% CPU and about 2-3 GB RAM was used.
Since a few Days i get Constantly spammed in the Terminal the Following Warning and CPU Usage is constantly abou 50-80 Percent, System Load about 2 in general:

[WARNING] [IC2] API ERROR: ic2.core.block.machine.tileentity.TileEntityMatter@12701389 (0:1105,52,49) didn't implement demandsEnergy() properly, no energy from injectEnergy accepted (512) although demandsEnergy() requested 512.

I searched about this and found some post from Beginning of the Year saying this was a bug and is resolved in the newest Build. Is there a way to patch this?

As far as i understand: a machine is getting Power without the possibility to using it?^^ Can i found out which machine this is?

It tells you what block it is:
ic2.core.block.machine.tileentity.TileEntityMatter@
That is the mass fab. I get this spam too, but it does not seem to effect the cpu at all.

Is the Mass Fab connected directly to a power source? (generator, geothermal etc, not via a wire)
If so, try separating them

Ok i see those numbers:
(0:1105,52,49)
and was thinking maybe:
dimension: x, y, z and it was the case, and there was a mass fabrikator there i tryed to remove and give it two mfsu so it cant get enough power (1024)but that doesnt help...
after searching around i found a chunkloader what i totally forgot to ban the item, i was wondering why the message was coming up even nobody was online xD
so theres the problem! thanks very much for youre help! the message still comes if the chunk is loading but thats was not the case for the lags as you both stated before

Ohh interesting, now I can track down any one that may need help with their power lines and/or if someone is trying to pulli off a lag-o-matic. Also to track down duped power plants, Play style demands us to not have 500 power plants, ore proccessing lines, and the like.
