From my understanding it should light up when it receives redstone signal and stop transmitting power. Now, how to give it redstone signal? Adjacent redstone or lever does nothing. Am I doing something wrong or is it just bugged?

It works, but I think it has to be attached to other wires/blocks. I've successfully used a redstone torch under it. Theoretically you could also use the redstone output from an MFSU or whatever, but that seems broken.

Thanks! Redstone torch works, but lever won't? I was hoping to have manual off-switch for some of the powerlines. Replacing redstone torch is kind of annoying (I can replace piece of wiring instead).

you can leave a whole under the cable, put a torch attached to one side of the other blocks

x Cable x
B x B withToch on it

and than place a lever on the block. should turn the torch on and off and with that the splittercable

i hope you can understand how i mean it :D
