Tech World 3 for 1.7.10, when is it going to happen? Or will it never? I want it because I am a big Minecraft Tech person. Thanks, me

Afaik they froze all development and support for any 1.7 pack (that isn't Infinity) a loooooong time ago. So pretty sure that is not going to happen 
Been scouting around for a tech based pack myself for a bit. Something well balanced and with the full galacticraft package would be nice. Nuts and Bolts over on the Technic launcher seems the best updated and maintained collection of tech stuff I could find.
