I think Powersuits broke my TE

So I seem to be a bug magnet, or maybe I'm just a complete derp, but either way I'm always having problems.

Today I was playing some MC and finally got in to some Powersuits (Yay!) so I installed the Elite Battery in to my chest plate, and following DireWolf's Lp series I made some IC2 infrastructure. When I finished making the battery I tried throwing the chest plate in to the Energetic Infuser for S&G, and it worked, I was excited to know that I can stick with my trusty TE instead of having to use IC2, that was until I noticed that my Redstone Energy Cell wouldn't hold power any more even with the chest plate removed from the Energetic Infuser. Now it will not hold power while having conduits hooked in to an output slot, If I remove the conduit it works, if I place it back the energy disappears almost instantly.

I have around 8 machines and some Buildcraft Lasers being powered by this Energy Cell and all machines are either idle or their buffers are full so there should be no power draw. In addition I have power inputting in the back (blue side) of the cell and outputting through the bottom (orange side). I've tried using different sides of the cell for inputs and out puts but nothing works, I've tried different cells and they all do the same thing when hooked in to this power line. I haven't had a problem before putting the chest plate in to the Infuser, and the power in my basement works fine.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks =)

Um. BC lasers ALWAYS draw power, even when idle. Especially when idle. I suggest only trying to send power to them when you actually want to use them.

Yeah but this system wasn't built yesterday and I'm wondering why I have this problem today, this system has been built for about 3 weeks to a month so why would this problem start occurring all of a sudden? The cell won't even hold power at all, even if the Conduits going to the BC lasers is removed. Does that mean that a few TE machines with their buffer filled is drawing more then 2000 RF/t? I guess I can put up some gates and see what that does.[DOUBLEPOST=1393734724][/DOUBLEPOST]
You could use a buildcraft gate and set the condition it to only draw power if work is scheduled.
I'll give it a shot and see what it does
