Title i suck at this please help

Details of the issue i go thru twitch launcher for ftb beyond... when i click to open and play it says downloading native launcher then pops error code 5.... im not computer smart so please dumb down as much as you can... really itching to play mc tonight...

i got it to start the game up but now it won't finish loading it.... gets stuck at the same spot each...
