I need help with my ME Setup

Hello everyone and thank you for stopping by!
So i play FTB with Techworld 2 and i have now setup an ME System with some Storage and an Macerator. Now here is my Problem: I know how to put Crafting Manuals in the ME System but to autocraft something you need the Materials in their refined form (like Iron Plate not Ingot). So is there a way to automate the complete process with smelting then crafting then again smelting,..... so you get your wanted product?

This is the purpose of the ME Interface.There are a few things you need to do:

1. Use the Pattern Encoder to program a template with the recipe. i.e. drop an iron ore on the recipe grid, and an iron ingot in the output slot.
2. Build the device block that implements the recipe, and place the ME Interface on its input side. Place the recipe from step 1 - in the interface (and make sure its connected to your ME network). Now, if the MAC needs an iron ingot, it knows to send iron ore to that device via the Interface.
3. Connect a basic import bus to the output side of the device. Now the ME system can retrieve processed iron ingots from the device.

Hello again sorry i didnt replied in the last days, but i have tryed that but i didnt work i just got a lot of Iron nuggets because it obviosly didnt use the machine to process the iron into iron plating (btw i want this item http://ftbwiki.org/Iron_Plate_(IndustrialCraft_2) )
So could you give me a step by step explanation on how i should set up the whole thing ? Or make a vid or Screenshots pls.
And yes my english isnt the best and well i hate that sentence but if i dont say it im probably gonna sound like an idiot.

EDIT: Ok thx to a tutorial i understand how to use the ME interface but when i give him the recipe with Iron Ingot to Iron Plate and i place the Interface above the Rolling Machine, it wont show up in the ME System as craftable. What am i doing wrongß

Someone else would have to explain how to setup a Metal Former with AE more precisely. I am not familiar with IC2.
