i need help reading a crash report

The line that starts "caused by" is what I look for. If a mod is named, it is lost in the ...36 more, but it does say that something is calling for an audio stream hook that isn't there. I'm guessing there is a missing or mismatched core mod or library. Try adding or updating NotEnoughCodecs (needed to use the OpenBlocks radio).

Note that I know squat about programming in any language & this is only a guess from someone who has barely figured out how to figure this stuff out.
