Sounds like version mismatching. Make sure you and the server have the same configs and mod versions.

Not to be rude as sambish20 did not explain that he already tried that and did not link to the other thread I tried to help him in. Here is the link to the thread.

The mod ExtraUtilities was not found on the server you connected to, but requested that the server side be present

The last console log had posts like this in the log for a bunch of mods which is why I suggested he come here to the server tech support for help setting up his server. Thank you for helping and I hope you can help him get his server working.
