If you have thaumic bees installed, place a few pure bees I think near the nodes. They will eat the flux in the atmosphere. Another option is to grow another silver wood tree between the two pure nodes, close enough to merge with one, preferably both (might not be able to merge with 2 nodes, let me know if you can). Also, throw a dissipation charge in a rainmaker

You were not clear how how you need help, but i will try anyway. To merge the nodes try planting a silverwood tree between them, as that may make them move closer. If you have the goggles, find the nodes and if they have a sunburst effect they a pure. As for the flux... well that is the price all thaumaturge pay. If you have a pure bee then that can clean up the flux for you. If you don't have any thaumic bees I suggest temporarily moving to a new chunk and let time heal the nodes. You will know you are far enough away when the rain stops.

Also,if there is enough flux to make it rain... well the rain is the LEAST of your woes.

Sorry I was kind of panicing because I built a lot and I'm a nerd like that. What I am trying to do is merge the nodes together I guess but the silverwood trees I have won't grow and like Skyboy said although it did help me because I didn't know a silverwood tree merges the nodes i thought it created one

It does create a pure node, but if the new node is close enough to the old node they will merge. That MAY move the two old nodes close enough for them to merge. Also the silverwood trees take time and vis to grow, but can be grown like a tree with bonemeal if you use a hoe of growth on the sapling.

Fun fact:The effects of flux change depending on what you dump in the aura.So if you are dumping ignus(the aspect of fire) in the aura, the flux has a chance to SET you on fire.

Well I was attempting to find some recipes to fix the flux and unfortunately i made it worse by making it Dangerous so I'm going to plant the remaining silverwood saplings I have, switch to peaceful, and get the hell outta the chunk I'm in, considering the bee mod if that can help I probably will download it tomorrow thanks for your help guys but just 1 more thing.... How do you use a crystal cluster?

Well the bees are HARD to get to,and do need some research to unlock. As for the crystal clusters, right click to place them in the world. They will add to the vis in the aura, making it recharge faster, and can "over-boost" or "over-charge" the vis if you have enough placed. This "over-charge" will boost the vis OVER what it naturally gain( up to 10%) at the cost of adding a little flux. Having over-charge vis will make silverwood tree grow faster and(if you have a lot of crystals) has a chance to turn normal stone into infused stone.

Fun fact: Flux(like vis) is shared between nearby nodes, so high flux areas offload some of the flux to nearby nodes. Think of it as fallout from Chernobyl.

dude really all you need to do is wait depending on how bad it is, it will take longer to clear, but it will clear with out you doing anything, just dont do more TC until its moderate, the above replies are all true while you wait go find some silverwood sapling in OW or make a flat mysthcrat age as long as you have some form of chunk loading at your base the self cleaning of flux will continue, when you do have 5-10 sapling plant one around 10 blocks from each of the pure node you have near you, this will start to move them slowly, at start each may move 4 blocks but as node grow its will pull more & move less, but remember this uses viz, try not to let the viz get too low at any time, when the 2 nodes get in range the they will start to pull each other & this will pull them to a middle ground & the larger will absorb the smaller, the storms will pass as soon as the flux is stable again, btw its handy if you can to have greatwood trees near by they adsorb magic energy "flux", even if your on a server explain to any one complaining whats going on & how you are fixing, most ppl will understand.

hint: if the guy does not know about flux/viz growing nodes etc, the educated guess is no TC bees, as the research/time/branches to get there requires a good amount of work & understanding, or if you like experience in the field of bee breeding, so while it is a valid helpful reply its going over the OPs skill lvl at time of posting, no disrespect to the OP implied or intended, we all are learning something or other.

If you have two pure nodes and they are both registering as dangerous you are best to just let them rest and they will clean out the flux naturally. You will want to keep the chunks they are in loaded to ensure they have time to clean out. Also if you see wisps kill them as that will also clean it up. Adding more Silverwood trees and nodes only create more flux as those nodes generate and merge. When you create a node with a Silverwood it takes some of the vis from the surrounding area to create the node. This is a lossy creation as well and you loose available vis overall.

There is a post in the guides post in the General Chat section of FTB that goes over Aura and flux and how it all works. I suggest reading that before you start playing around with the nodes.
