Can someone post a link for me to get the Feed The Beast server so me and my mate can play together??

You will be thanked very much :D
 
The server files are obtained by downloading the launcher, running it and then choosing server in the filter options on the modpack tab.
 
Go to launcher > Log in at least once > close minecraft >Go to filters > turn it to Server > apply > Download link

Another question.... can someone please tell me how to setup a server please so me and my mate can play.
