i made all the item desapear

Hi,

I accidently, and i don't know how, made desapear all the item on the right of the MENU screen. You know, the one that help when we want to know how to built a machine for exemple. It's now like regular vanilla minecraft in the menu.

I know it is stupide, but i can't get it back. thx for lighting my lantern !

The default button to turn it on and off is o (the letter).
