i keep on getting this when i try to load ftb

Cant keep up! has the system time changed or is the server overloaded? HELP!!!!!

I already have minecraft installed and it works fine also RAM and I'm trying to download yogcraft

This doesn't help.

Running minecraft and running minecraft with mods is two different things due to FTB does need more power then normal.

I also have installed the technic launcher which works fine, as long as I only have one open at a time even when there is 117 mods installed at once many of which are on FTB so it is not that my computer cant handle it. I dont really understand stuff like those instructions you gave me! ):

Read it one step at a time. Don't read the whole thing at once.
