It is really hard to get the amount of posts needed without the NTT or constantly posting in forum games.

I know my post rate has dropped quite a bit.

I rarely post as well. The forum games section is the only place that I have to increase my post count. Quite efficient, too. Most games require little to no effort to reply to.

I believe you need 100 likes now. Or 1000 messages.

Or maybe the forums are just lagging.
 
The trophy thing isn't instantaneous, it's a process that runs on a timer that checks at an admin-specified interval. =)
