I have some problems on FTB. Please help me.

When i launch my FTB go play on my single player every 5 seconds my fps 195 drops to 30 and then back to 195 is there some way to fix this ? I really want to play FTB with not having problems.Help me pls.
Ps:Sry about my english ik it isnt so great :/ sry if you dont understand it

It does seem to help giving it more RAM, but dont give it too much. 2-3GB should be enough.
But even with enough RAM I still get these reoccurring FPS drops. I think that no matter what you do the game will build up memory usage, then dump a lot of it and build up again. I think the FPS drops happen during these memory dumps, and giving the game more memory will not stop this from happening. I am personally at a loss on how to remove this further for my self. I am considering setting up a server(possible just on the same PC), since people report this has helped them.

but how do i give more RAM to it delete files?

There is a slider in the options tab of the FTB launcher that allows you to dedicate more or less RAM.
