I have a question about modpacks. I want to make one, and I couldn't figure it out, so I wondered If I could come on here and request If one of the FTB admins could possibly make one for me? Any help or constructive criticism will be nice!

Haha, we've already got a full enough schedule. However, if you'd like a tutorial, you can watch BaconDonut or Parcel's series on creating modpacks:

You can request someone to just make a pack/teach you how and then that someone will upload it as a 3rd party pack. And check the modpack submission guildlines, it will help you
