I Play FTB Direwolf20's Pack.

I Did not know about most of these mods and when i play FTB, I do exactely what Direwolf20 does in his LP. And i cant even do my own houses (I Can do houses, i just can't make a nice big house that is not the same as his) . So i need to ask something.

Any good ways to NOT do what he does and do what i want to do? while playing FTB? It annoys me that i do exactely the same as Direwolf20.

Well, a tech modpack isn't necessarily going to help you get more creative.. except that you can approach a Creative mode level of materials to build with in Survival.

Check out /r/minecraft on reddit. There are tons of posts about aesthetics, building styles, etc. That's always a good place to start. (www.reddit.com/r/minecraft) There's also the Show Your Creation section on the Minecraft forums (http://www.minecraftforum.net/forum/58-show-your-creation/)

I Am not looking to get more creative, i am looking to do stuff i want and not follow what he does on his LP.

What.

So, you mean to say that you want to be more original? When I read "creative" I think more along the line of design-wise and let's face it, Direwolf is not very keen on aesthetics.

Just.. don't do what he does? I don't know what to tell you. Think of your own designs and build those. Think of what you want to do and do it. Stop watching Direwolf for a while so you have time to come up with your own ideas.

Oh and "Tell me what to do" is basically what someone has to do when youre asking for help.
And "I Lack imagination" I Can imagine 2 unicorns sitting on top of an elephant riding an minecart to the nether. (Yes, i am random)
