Well now every time I use ender tanks they seem to corrupt the worlds. What is wred is that nothing was messing up untill I started mystcraft. Also the consel is getting spamed with http://pastebin.com/2kXDCYMx
You're using WorldGuard 5.8 which is for Minecraft 1.6.2. If you want the spamming to stop, I highly suggest you use this version.

there is a block at the coordinates -627, 58, -411 from IC2 that didnt succeed in calling a function. It might be a chunkloading problem, but you can either try and see if you can remove the block with MCEdit or start a new world. There is nothing else you can do (unless you have the patience to sift through hundreds of NBT files and fix it, but MCEdit can do it for you)
well if your mass fab is at those coordinates, then thats where the problem is. you need to remove the mass fab (you can do it with MCEdit, but there may be other tools I am unaware of)
It's not the Mass Fab that's the problem, he is filling it up with either Scrap or Scrap boxes. That's the only thing that causes API errors with IC2.
