Yesterday, my Monster modpack crashed, with this log: http://pastebin.com/UNb45Dbi
When I reloaded the client, my survival world was gone from the world selection screen. I checked the FTB folder, and the world folder is still there, but I cannot load it, or even see it as an option in world select. Any help recovering my world would be greatly appreciated.

your problem is with a corrupted thermal expansion furnace at -34,58,394 in your world. if you post a link to your map, i can use MCEdit to remove it for you.

sorry, this world is unrecoverable because the file "level.dat" is missing. hence why it dissapeared from your world selection screen. check to see if your antivirus has for some reason quarantined it. otherwise, your starting over im afraid...

Damn... Thats so weird and lame. Is level.dat where thaumcraft research is saved, or is that possible to transfer to a new world, using my old data?

Also, the crash happened when I was looking at the Ars Magica book, is there any known problems from having Ars in the Monster Pack, which i had added?

level.dat is where the entire world is saved. (kind of) The level.dat file is a GZip'd NBT file that stores global level data (time of day, player health, inventory, velocity, and position within the map, etc.). Most importantly, it stores the Random Seed that the terrain generator uses to seamlessly generate more terrain on the fly.
