I'm playing on a server with my friends, and I'm trying to become a vampire... I've made sure its night, and also made sure I right clicked the skull with the chicken blood.

Here is my setup with the Skull, String, Redstone, and torches. https://prnt.sc/fzbb2k

Please help me I have no idea what I'm doing wrong.
